Putting Heart into the City - Yonge Bloor Yoga Center. In the heart of the downtown core find room to breathe and be. Connect with what is most important in life, through yoga classes and stress reduction workshops designed to revitalize mind/body from our convieniently located setting.

4 Hour Afternoon Workshop
12:00 – 12:45 pm Gentle stress free lunch
12:45 – 1:00 pm Shower, refresh and wear loose-fitting clothes
1:00 – 3:45 pm Collaborative practical session for participants to build and share new stress reduction techniques to hope with daily life challenges. During this practical session the facilitators will reinforce what you already know and will learn new techniques and with peer support you will adapt this newly learned skills into habit.
4:00 – 5:30 pm Yoga Session
6:00 pm Be back at home!
