4 Hour Morning Workshop
7:45 am Arrive at the Center
8:00 – 9:15am Yoga session
9:15 – 9:30 am Shower, refresh and wear loose-fitting clothes
9:30 – 9:45 am Yogi tea time
9:45 – 10:45 am Stress reduction through Belly-Breathing
10:45 – 12:00 pm Stress reduction through Meditation
12:00 – 12:45 pm Gentle stress free lunch
1:00 pm Be back at work!
